User Management
User management in Raidiam Connect is a core administrative function, providing the controls needed to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient operation of organizations and ecosystems. There are multiple entry points and tools for managing users, each suited to different administrative roles and scenarios.
User Management Interfaces
Users can be managed through three principal interfaces:
-
Connect UI: -
Accessible to Super Users, Data Administrators, and Organization Administrators.
-
Supports onboarding, updating, and lifecycle management for user accounts within permitted organizational scope.
-
Provides standard forms for inviting users, editing profiles, and managing roles.

-
-
API Endpoints: -
Enables integration with external systems for automated user provisioning and updates.
-
Super Users and Organization Admins (with API access) can create, update, deactivate users, and change roles programmatically.
-
Audit logging of all API-based modifications is enforced.

-
-
OP Admin Tool: -
Accessible only to Super Users (after approval and Azure group membership).
-
Offers an advanced administrative UI for deep user lifecycle and operational management.
-
Designed for rapid, secure troubleshooting and full parity with backend user management workflows.

OP Admin: Advanced User Management Capabilities
OP Admin is an extension to Raidiam Connect built specifically for ecosystem-level super administrators. It enables faster resolution, greater flexibility, and deeper transparency for managing all aspects of user accounts.
Key features of OP Admin
User Information and Activity Monitoring
OP Admin provides comprehensive visibility into user accounts, enabling super users to review active status, organizational membership, last login timestamps, and terms and conditions signatures. Integrated audit trails and engagement metrics streamline compliance oversight and expedite troubleshooting.
Personal Details and Consent Management
Super users can update essential user details—such as name, phone number, and national ID—while maintaining data integrity (email is strictly read-only for security purposes). Consent management allows for adding, revoking, or resetting verification flags, supporting ongoing policy enforcement and consent re-collection.
User Management Actions
With OP Admin, user records from any organization can be searched and retrieved using advanced filters. Platform administrators are empowered to modify user attributes, deactivate or reactivate accounts, and execute high-trust actions such as deleting user profiles along with all associated credentials, documents, sessions, and consents.
Credential and Document Control
OP Admin supports direct management of user credentials, including resetting or revoking SMS/Email OTP mechanisms (passwords are always concealed and never exposed). Administrators may inspect all documents signed by users, monitor document statuses, and selectively remove outdated or incorrect records.
Session Oversight
Administrators can review the full set of active sessions for every user, complete with session identifiers, scopes, and authentication timestamps. OP Admin enables immediate termination of any session to address security events, enforce access changes, or resolve unexpected behavior.
How to Access OP Admin
-
Request access via your organization’s service desk Jira board (specifying users and environments).
-
Await Azure group membership updates via the support team.
-
Accept Azure organizational invitations, then log in via the OP Admin web portal.
-
SSO authentication is mandatory; users not using SSO will be denied access.
Data Accessible & Editable Through OP Admin
-
Account Information (editable fields: name, phone, national ID; email is read-only)
-
Credentials (resettable: SMS/Email OTP; password is concealed—not available for viewing or direct update)
-
