Regulatory Documents
Attach references to externally issued regulatory documents to an organisation's record.
The Regulatory Documents section is only available for ecosystems and federations where it has been enabled.
Regulatory Documents let an organisation record a reference to a document issued by an external regulator or authority, such as a banking license or an authorisation certificate. Raidiam Connect does not host the document itself, only a link to it (its URI) along with identifying details.
Each regulatory document is assigned a Regulatory Document Type, managed by Trust Framework Administrators in Reference Data. An organisation can only have one document of each type at a time.
A regulatory document record includes:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Document Type | The type that categorises the document. Types already used by the organisation aren't listed. |
| Document URI | Link to the document. Must use HTTPS. |
| Description | Purpose of the document. |
| Document Reference Number | The reference number or identifier assigned to the document by the issuing authority. |
| Start Date | The date from which the document is valid. |
| Expiry Date | The date the document expires. Leave blank if it does not expire. |
Organisation Administrators can add, edit, and delete their organisation's regulatory documents from the Documents page's Regulatory Documents tab.
