Mark has a wide range of experience as an IT professional predominantly in UK financial services where he has delivered and been responsible for architecting, designing and running; security, network, platform and database services for large scale internet presented services for over 20 years. In recent years development of a 'future bank' conceptual security architecture and subsequent development of a reference architecture for IAM has been his focus. That architecture is being delivered today across all business units of a large UK financial. Previous projects have included Architecture and delivery of a 'new bank' and integration of a significant business due to aquistion.

Barry is a high calibre financial security and payment systems IT professional with 20 years international experience and a passion for delivering digital change initiatives that drive truly transformative industry and customer outcomes. He’s developed a wealth of experience through holding lead architect and senior consultant roles spanning Financial, Government, Healthcare and Telecoms sectors. A leading figure in the delivery of Open Banking across the UK and Europe; both in shaping the ecosystem policies and standards, architecture and design at the UK’s OBIE and assisting numerous domestic and international retail, corporate and private Banks with achieving regulatory compliance and maximising their potential in a PSD2, GDPR era.
A seasoned professional accustomed to providing expert advice and guidance on strategic transformation initiatives. Commercially astute and technically hands-on with a keen awareness of modern InfoSec threats, risk and compliance best practices across complex fintech and retail banking.
As CIO and practice lead at RAiDiAM, he develops our capability and competence in key disciplines and leads a diverse team of professionals to maximise customer success. Barry holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from DCU and a number of industry accreditations including AWS cloud, TOGAF & CISSP.

Ralph has extensive experience in the domain of financial services technology with core expertise in the design, development and delivery of new B2B and C2B digital products. These projects have ranged from Ultra High Frequency Equity, FX and other capital market trading through to mission critical retail banking services. An internationally recognised Open Banking Technical Standards and Trust Framework SME, Ralph is the author of the UK's Open Banking Security Profile. An advocate and active promoter of benefits that "Open Everything" brings both directly to consumers and indirectly to national economies, Ralph represents Raidiam on numerous consumer, fintech and security advocacy and standards development bodies.
With a Bachelor of Information Technology from the Queensland University of Technology and a Masters in Banking at the University of London in progress, Ralph enjoys bringing business strategy to life through the use of technology. Ralph is presently leading the Raidiam engagement at the UK's Open Banking Implementation Entity where, in addition to being accountable for several technology work streams, he is responsible for the design of the trust framework and services that underpin and support the UK's financial services industry data driven revolution.

Senior Associate - Regulatory Technology
John has worked at the forefront of the UK's Open Banking initiative since it began, and led the delivery of technical products at Open Banking Ltd in the UK, including model banks, security and functional conformance suites, and reference applications. Up until July 2017 he led the development of the OBIE Open Data standard, the first part of the response to the CMA Order. He was Product Owner for the OB Security Profile and liaised with the OpenID Foundation to ensure a pathway to the adoption of the FAPI standard. He is a member of the OpenID Foundation, and its Financial Grade API (FAPI) Working Group. He works directly with Fintechs to provide regulatory and technical advice, and ensure effective representation of their concerns to the industry regulators. He has advised the FCA, EBA and Central Bank of Ireland on similar issues. John is a Senior Associate at RAiDiAM, and works with a range of banks worldwide covering both Digital Identity and Open Banking domains. He is a contributor to the Consumer Data Right standard being developed by Data61 and their API Standards Working Group.

Ash has over 12 years of experience in delivering and designing Identity and Access Management solutions, with extensive experience with Access Management, Federated Identity, Fine Grain Authorisation and Directory Technologies. Ash offers RAiDiAM clients a wealth of experience gained from long term engagements with Cyberinc and KPMG serving customers in Telco, Finance and Healthcare sectors.
