Mark has a wide range of experience as an IT professional predominantly in UK financial services where he has delivered and been responsible for architecting, designing and running; security, network, platform and database services for large scale internet presented services for over 20 years. In recent years development of a 'future bank' conceptual security architecture and subsequent development of a reference architecture for IAM has been his focus. That architecture is being delivered today across all business units of a large UK financial. Previous projects have included Architecture and delivery of a 'new bank' and integration of a significant business due to aquistion.

Barry is a high calibre financial security and payment systems IT professional with 20 years international experience and a passion for delivering digital change initiatives that drive truly transformative industry and customer outcomes. He’s developed a wealth of experience through holding lead architect and senior consultant roles spanning Financial, Government, Healthcare and Telecoms sectors. A leading figure in the delivery of Open Banking across the UK and Europe; both in shaping the ecosystem policies and standards, architecture and design at the UK’s OBIE and assisting numerous domestic and international retail, corporate and private Banks with achieving regulatory compliance and maximising their potential in a PSD2, GDPR era.
A seasoned professional accustomed to providing expert advice and guidance on strategic transformation initiatives. Commercially astute and technically hands-on with a keen awareness of modern InfoSec threats, risk and compliance best practices across complex fintech and retail banking.
As CIO and practice lead at RAiDiAM, he develops our capability and competence in key disciplines and leads a diverse team of professionals to maximise customer success. Barry holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from DCU and a number of industry accreditations including AWS cloud, TOGAF & CISSP.

Ralph's career began at the London Stock Exchange, delivering a ultra-low latency trading platforms before he was lured into investment banking. As Technical Solutions Architect at Societe Generale, Ralph help craft a globally distributed, mission critical pricing and execution platform for Retail and Professional Finance Clients supporting multiple Asset classes including FX, Fixed Income, Precious Metals and Semi Structured Products. Diving into retail and private banking at the Royal Bank of Scotland, Ralph led the CIAM Architecture team. The team designed and delivered a modern platform for RBS which ensured the business is able to quickly adapt and embrace transformative changes like PSD2 and the Open Banking. As the Trust Framework architect for Open Banking Ltd (UK), Ralph is heavily active in the design and delivery of the UK’s National Open Banking and PSD2 program as well as acting as Raidiam’s primary representative to the Open ID Foundations Financial API Working Group and other international standards bodies.
Ralph holds a Bachelor’s of IT degree from the Queensland University of Technology, (Australia) and is currently completing an MBA (Banking) at the University of London.

John has an extensive financial services technology background, in both retail and commercial spaces. Providing advice and assistance for clients in technical implementations, frequently in response to new regulatory regimes, John has been working at the forefront of the UK's Open Banking initiative since it began, and is currently building conformance suites to validate implementations of the principal security profile and API specifications developed in response to the CMA Order and Second Payment Services Directive. John is a member of the Open ID Foundation, and managing the development of a global financial API security standard. John has heavy engagement directly with the Fintech industry to ensure effective representation of their concerns regarding crucial elements of the extant API specifications. He has a particular interest in the Irish Fintech market and represents Open Banking in Ireland, engaging with the BPFI, FPAI and their membership bases. John runs frequent industry events to elaborate on the technical and regulatory challenges in this space, and how to overcome them.
